Refund & Cancellation Policy

SellAny operates as a peer-to-peer classifieds marketplace connecting independent buyers and sellers. Because transactions are conducted directly between users:

1. Peer-to-Peer Transactions

SellAny does not directly process payments or escrow funds for product purchases between users. Therefore, refund and return requests for purchased items must be settled directly between the buyer and the seller.

2. UPI Payments & Transfers

When users utilize integrated UPI payment flows to transfer funds to sellers, these transactions occur peer-to-peer via third-party UPI apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.). SellAny holds no liability for disputed UPI transfers.

3. Premium Services / Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If SellAny introduces promoted listings or paid subscription services in the future, cancellation and refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

If you encounter fraudulent activity or require assistance mediating a transaction dispute, please report it immediately to support@sellany.com.
